Designed for family learning.
KeaPrep is in early access. This page explains the product’s current privacy approach in plain language. A full legal privacy policy will be published before public beta.
Email hello@keaprep.com. A parent or caregiver can ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with their family account.
Parent-led accounts
A parent or caregiver signs in and creates the learner profile. Learner profiles are not designed to collect a child’s email address or phone number.
Information used for learning
KeaPrep stores the information needed to provide the learning experience, such as the learner profile, selected pathway, completed questions, recorded answers, mastery status, next review date and family activity summaries.
Online and paper practice
When a parent or caregiver enters and confirms the marked worksheet results, they join the same progress record as online practice. Scanning the worksheet's QR code opens the relevant paper record; it does not read or automatically mark handwriting.
Limited progress sharing
A parent can create a limited progress snapshot for a teacher or tutor and share it using a revocable link. Anyone with the link can view the limited snapshot until the parent revokes it. The snapshot is separate from the child's main learning record and contains only a limited set of progress information. Families should share the link only with people they trust.
Account access
KeaPrep supports Google sign-in and cross-device access. Authentication providers may process sign-in information under their own privacy terms.
Careful data use
KeaPrep’s product principle is to collect and display only what is useful for the family learning experience. We do not present invented family counts, ratings or testimonials as evidence.
Changes to this information
As early access develops, this page will be replaced or expanded with the complete privacy policy, including detailed retention, service-provider and legal information. Last updated: 23 July 2026.
